- The Lagrein garden looks over the valleys below, and guests can enjoy boundless views over the lands of Meran and the breathtaking mountain scenery. It’s like a little island unto itself, where time ticks by more slowly. Surrounded by vineyards and apple trees that tell us of times long before the hotel was ever built, the plants of our garden oasis thrive and blossom exactly as it pleases them best. Amidst the Mediterranean palms, olive trees, rose hedges, lavender and thyme shrubs, scented geraniums, citrus trees and much more, butterflies flit peacefully from flower to flower, colourful birds sing happily and busy bees gather nectar for their honey.
